[pdftex] Multiple references to image fails.

TeX doesn't handle images at all, it passes this job via \special
to the output driver. Thus it depends on the output driver to
handle PNGs. AFAIK dvipdfm(x) is able to do it. The size information
is available by package bmpsize, if TeX is based on pdfTeX.
