[pdftex] Link to embedded not-PDF file

It is rather easy (after explanations of Heiko Oberdiek) to create
link to specific place (page, anchor) in the embedded or attached pdf
file.


However, I am not sure how to deal with embedded or attached files of
the different nature because they are handled externally rather than
internally by AR.

More precisely, for example

1) how to deal with attached or embedded foo.jpg

2) How to deal with attached or embedded foo.html#myanchor

No, I do not want to attach this file again.
I understand that it could be very system-specific question but let us
assume that OS knows how to deal with jpg and html files
