[pdftex] pdflatex cannot open pdf file for writing on windows

I've made some tests with `handle' command-line utility 
(http://www.sysinternals.com) that kills opened file handles. Well, the 
PDF file opened in Acrobat seems to be closed after that operation, but 
can't be reopened without manual ingerence. I'm affraid in that case, 
all one can do is just to hit CTRL+W after viewing the document.(
