[pdftex] Re: pdflatex 1.20a png failure

Hello Jörgen Hilmann
May be you can help me also. After installation of MikTeX in April or May I
met the bug in pdfLaTeX. I use hypertext package. In part of tex files
(mainly amsart class) it does not creates link. When I use dvi file it works
fine. However if I create pdf from dvi I do not have bookmarks, but they are
important part of document.
