[pdftex] OT: Arial Unicode MS

An internet friend has a book produced by unknown software but
probably MSWord, that uses this font. They are having trouble
"converting it to pdf."  I think the book is dual language,
English and Greek. I know of no other place to turn. Has anyone
encountered this font before? Did it work for you?
