[pdftex] overprint

I wrote a first version of a LaTeX package overprint.sty to set and
unset overprinting for dvips and pdftex. It has been only minimally
tested. More info at

Testing means: previewing with Acrobat 6 Pro with Advanced/Overprint
preview checked.

Acrobat Pro also sort of supports color separation, which appears to
ignore this overprinting. If anybody can produce more definitive
test results, please let me know.
