[pdftex] Query regarding xypic and pdftex

I'm trying to replace (la)tex+dvips+ps2pdf with pdf(la)tex but the
Postscript driver type features of xypic (colors, linewidths
and the like) don't seem to be supported.

Is this so? or am I just missing something?
