[pdftex] page transition

Acrobat can produce miscellaneous page transitions (applied only in
full-screen mode).
Is it possible to produce these page transitions using pdflatex?
 How to produce page transition

1) applied to all pages?
2) applied only to specific pages (either to thispage or to pages in
some range, say 3-9)?
3) if we set page transition for all pages how to override in some
specific pages?
