[pdftex] Errors or not?

Hi every one,
I get the following msgs in my log file after I run pdfTextify on
WinEdt and get the message in the cmd line window that texify:
pdflatex.exe exited with bad status, quitting.:

tshl-dr.tex:249: Too many }'s
You've closed more groups than you opened.
Such booboos are generally harmless, so keep going.

The interesting thing is although it does not fire up my adobe reader
after this (as it used to in the case of a perfect compilation), it
does produce a correct document without any odd formating. However i
would still prefer to remove any cause of error that might kill me in
the furure.
