Dear all,
pdflatex tells me to look for a wizard to enlarge pdftex's memory. I
am currently writing my PhD thesis with > 100 pdf figures. Well, it
rather is a picture book :-) But I have no choice: I need it in one
document at the end for the online publication of the thesis.
Any help will be appreciated. As well as appropriate links. I couldn't
find anything helpfull in the FAQs, maybe I missed it.
I have pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-13d (Web2C 7.3.1) together with tetex
1.0 on a Linux system (Redhat 6.1).
Best regards, Daniel
And this is what pdflatex says:
! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [pool size=68236].
If you really absolutely need more capacity,
you can ask a wizard to enlarge me.
Here is how much of TeX's memory you used:
5042 strings out of 10637
68236 string characters out of 68236
113580 words of memory out of 263001
7328 multiletter control sequences out of 10000+0
77818 words of font info for 152 fonts, out of 400000 for 1000
20 hyphenation exceptions out of 1000
31i,12n,46p,815b,496s stack positions out of 300i,100n,500p,50000b,4000s
! ==> Fatal error occurred, the output PDF file not finished!
