[pdftex] hyperref/backref

Hi,
the option `backref' can only set as an optional argument to hyperref,
but not using \hypersetup.

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{hyperref}
\hypersetup{backref=true}
\begin{document}
\end{document}

>From the logfile:

Package hyperref Info: Backreferencing OFF on input line 1812.
...
Package hyperref Warning: Option `backref' has already been used,
(hyperref)                setting the option has no effect on input line 3.
