[pdftex] OT: OpenType tools

Sorry for this off-topic request.

Does anyone successfully compiled the OpenType tools by Eddie Kohler for
Windows? Unfortunately I'm too stupid for this (tried MinGW and Cygwin;
and even failed on my old PC with an old Linux).

I would greatly appreciate a working version of the tools to test it
with my OpenType fonts, e.g., Robert Slimbach made many improvements on
the multiple master version of Jenson for OpenType.

Also welcome would be working adaptions of makefiles etc.
