[pdftex] \pdfcompresslevel and \pdfpages

Hyperref sets \pdfcompresslevel=9, maybe that's the reason. Heiko knows
about. You can either set \pdfcompresslevel after loading hyperref.sty,
or, Heiko's advice, say at the file begin:

\pdfcompresslevel=0
\newcont\pdfcompresslevel
