[pdftex] inclusion of ALL standard fonts

Turns out that miktex has a program "based on udpmap from tetex" (since miktex
2.2). I am trying to learn more about it (for starters there is no match to a
search on that term on the miktex website...).

I'll report back if I figure this out.
