[pdftex] pdflatex error

Hello to all
it's the 1st time i post a message to this list-group
I used LaTeX, and start to use pdflatex to create my documents.
i'm writing a book to my strudents and have almost 150 pages.
After inluding one more chapter an d compiled with pdflatex i got this error

Error: pdflatex (file 
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/type1/bluesky/cm/cmmi12.pfb): buff
er overflow

How can i manage to correct this situation ?
