[pdftex] Spacing problem on imagesetter

I've to be more precise, sorry. Originally it's a MM font. But I
converted this to a single master font (for a certain size etc.)
using Fontographer and FontLab etc. And btw I already have succeeded 
with both kind with other applications ...

And frankly speaking it should be possible to use the PDF file 
PDFLaTeX produces directly to get the desired output ...

But I'm still helpless what happened and what's the explanation for 
this behavior.
