[pdftex] How to get menus with fullscreen mode?

Please keep the following code in your preamble and recompile:

 \hypersetup{pdfwindowui=true,pdfmenubar=true,pdftoolbar=true}

so that you will get back all the user interface, tool/menu bar.
The default for all the above is false in pdfscreen.
