[pdftex] How to set page attributes for a group of pages?

\pdfpage(s)attr is like a token register, so you can set
some stuff there and remove it at the other place.
Look at packages thumbpdf (/Thumb entry) or hyperref (/Trans,
/Dur, and /Hid entries).
