If somebody makes a document available to me in such a way that
he wants me to be able to read it, then there is no reason for
him to attempt to control the way I do that.
If there's a reason to encrypt the document (e.g., to prevent it
from falling into the hands of people not intended to read it),
then it needs to be done to the entire document (e.g., with pgp
or gpg). Something that can be "decrypted" by any application
such as an on-screen viewer without passwords or exchange of
body parts is a complete joke and only serves to irritate the
legitimate readers of the document.
