[pdftex] Patch for pdftex for subsetted font printing problem

I think that given the serious nature of the problem, this patch is quite
important, so the "released" can be changed into "patched", so i vote for
applying this patch.  Also, this patch is not an extension, but repairs a
bug.

no problem, font compression is another issue

sounds like a good patch
