[pdftex] change bars - revision bars

I'm not familiar with revbar.sh script, but I've tried a while ago to
use and modify changebar to work with pdfTeX.  Turned out to be not as
"simple" as I expected.  However, the author of changebar did take some
time to make a beta version of it that kinda worked.  There were some
quirks in it, but I haven't had time to investigate.

Anyway, look up the changebar package and see if there's a current
version that works with pdftex.  If not, write to me, and I'll dig up my
email to send you the beta version I had from the author.
