[pdftex] pdftex help string

Hi,

I just have noted that "pdftex -help" for
  pdfTeX (Web2C 7.3.3.1) 3.14159-0.14h-released-20010417
says:

  ...
  -src-specials            insert source specials into the DVI file
  -src-specials=WHERE      insert source specials in certain places of
  ...
  Email bug reports to tex-k at mail.tug.org.

Should bugs really be directed to the tex-k and not to the pdftex list?
Source specials do not seem to work even when creating dvi.
