Two compilation problems under Irix 6.5, compiling with "cc -32" and "CC -32."
a) Xpdf: Use of bool when perhaps GBool is appropriate in the rest of
the sources
b) dvipsk: Native C does not support "//" as comment character. gcc
will allow it, but with warnings.
