[omega] typesetting biblical hebrew with makor and a protext install

Enfin, endlich, finally, finalmente, all fine ....

Thanks Olaf Märker, you put me on the track of the virtual font wich I still
don't know about at all, but at least I know it exist and that i've to care
about it.

So dvips make the job but it needs this *psfonts.map* that MikteX absolutely
doesn't want to update when you point on an independant TDS respectfull new
package as Makor for instance can be. Why ? That I still don't know but
I update it with my hands and know it works ok.
