As we seem to have converged to the term "texteme", I have rewritten
the EuroTeX'05 paper :
<http://omega.enstb.org/yannis/pdf/eurotex05.pdf>
as well as the slides of the conference talk (with the immortal kiss of
Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca):

Signs are dead, long live textemes!

Can you give me translations?
English: texteme
French: textème
Spanish: textema
German: Textem
Greek: κειμένημα
Russian: текстема
By the way, there is a litterary German e-journal called "Textem":
