[metapost] description of glyph operator for MetaPost v1.200

MetaPost v1.200 has been release today and the current description of
the glyph operator can now be found in the official manual.
Unfortunately, the released mpost binary contains a bug, that affects
figure 43.  The outer contour of the `Ď' is missing.  The good news is,
that there will be another MetaPost release before TeX Live 2009 that
fixes this bug (and perhaps some more).  So, testing the binary, bug
reports and comments regarding the manual are (as always) welcome!
