When I bought pdfTeX for Tom Kiffe's own CMacTeX and his pdfTeX port  
to OzTeX many years ago for Classic Mac OS, I did not care about the  
sources and I did not receive them. Judge yourself whether this is

(IMO the prices were OK.)
