Typo in "READ ME FIRST.pdf" from MacTeX 2023

Hi all,

I think there is a typo in the file mentioned above.  On page 5, last
paragraph, it says:

  you must open Terminal in /Applications/Utilities and execute the
  command “texhax”.
           ^^^^^^

I think the command in question is `texhash' (and not the other mailing
list).  Sorry for not providing a patch; I couldn't find the source of
the file.
