[OS X TeX] how install Symbols widget?

The MacExtras download from https://tug.org/mactex/ has a link to the web site for the Symbols widget (namely, http://vocaro.com/trevor/software/widgets/).

But once I've downloaded the widget, how do I actually install it so it can be used.

This will be under macOS Ventura now.
