[OS X TeX] TeXShop and biblatex

Thanks, Ulrich. I tried changing the BibTeX engine to biber in the TeXShop preferences, but it still didn’t work for me.

I looked at my TeXShop engines in ~Library/TeXShop/Engines and biber isn’t there. It’s also not in the Engines subfolder Inactive. SO perhaps TeXShop isn’t able to access biber?

I used TeX Live Utility to ensure that biber is installed, and it is. Thst said, I can’t find it to move it into my TeXShop Engines folder (if that’s indeed what needs to happen).

This works of me without any problem (just changing the bib-file). I guess, you have to set biber instead of bibtex in the settings.
