[OS X TeX] Touch ID authentication for TeX Live Utility

Hi everybody (and Hi Herbert)!

just wondering whether it'd be a lot of work to add Touch ID
authentication to the TeX Live Utility. If it's feasible and not too
much of a bother, it'd be very nice to see this in a future update.

Thanks for providing this very helpful utility!
