[OS X TeX] SageMath app updated

Howdy,

Again, for those few folks using Sage there is an update to the SageMath-9-5.app which no includes the final Sage 9.5 release; previously the application include the 9.5rc2 release candidate.

Go to <https://github.com/3-manifolds/Sage_macOS/releases> and download the SageMath-9-5 version for your system (there are separate x86-64 and arm64 versions for Intel and Apple Silicon versions of the application).

Instructions for installing can be found in the `Sage&Latexmk.zip' file located at <https://github.com/3-manifolds/Sage_macOS/releases>. Very simple to follow and fairly obvious when you open the .dmg file. Note: If you previously installed the SageMath-9-5.app what contained the 9.5rc2 version you will replace the older version.
