[OS X TeX] TeXShop 5.0 Requirement

Folks,

I have discovered that TeXShop 5.0 requires High Sierra and later. Sparkle and previous web pages believed that it also ran on Sierra.. The web pages have been revised and in particular version 4.79 is now available for users running Sierra. 

I have to recompile TeXShop to change the behavior of Sparkle and that won't happen until later today.
