How can one go about adding packages from the tlcontrib repository using the TeXLive Utility rather than the tlmgr command?

For the tlmgr, instructions at https://contrib.texlive.info <https://contrib.texlive.info/> say:

If you are running the current version of TeX Live, the following code will suffice:

	  tlmgr repository add https://contrib.texlive.info/current tlcontrib
	  tlmgr pinning add tlcontrib "*"
… To install one of the packages, use the normal

	  tlmgr install PKG

I know how to change the repository address in TLU. But what does
	tlmgr pinning add tlcontrib “*”
do and how does one do the equivalent thing with TLU?
