[OS X TeX] Shell-escape

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me how to create a new engine in TeXShop to typeset a file, call it foo.tex, as
pdflatex -shell-escape foo.tex
rather than pdflatex foo.tex ?
So far I have used the terminal, but I’d rather have a command available in TeXShop.
