[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.59

Hello,

I installed TeXShop 4.59. 

From the "Help/TeX Live Documentation" menuitem, I tried to access the help document labeled  

"LATEX package recommendations for common tasks: file:///Library/TeX/Root/ texmf-dist/doc/latex/latex-doc-ptr/latex-doc-ptr.pdf"

by clicking on the link but got a message that the file was unavailable. I tried a few workarounds to no avail.

The same thing happens to the other two documents listed under the heading 
"Here are a few samples to show the variety of what’s available:" 


The three similar file links listed under the heading "TEX Live comes with extensive documentation:" worked OK.

TeXShop 4.59 works well otherwise.

I appreciate suggestions and thank everyone in advance.
