[OS X TeX] Assigning Skim or TeXShop to open a PDF file

I’m using macOS 10.15.7 with all additional security updates, including the one from earlier this week. Both TeXShop and Skim are the very latest versions.

Once again, you replied to a message of mine that mysteriously never came back to me.
