[OS X TeX] Announce: MacTeX-2021 Released

Folks,

The small install package TeXDist-2021, available from a link in the middle of the "Unix Install of TeXLive 2021" page on the MacTeX web site, installs the TeXDist structure automatically, so the additional steps mentioned below can be skipped. TeXDist-2021 is also on CTAN in the location containing MacTeX, BasicTeX, and Ghostscript.
