Howdy,

I believe Dick Koch addressed this a while back. He had to change from the older version of OgreKit to a newer version because it could no longer be compiled or operate under 4.5+. Unfortunately, the newer version has bugs of its own which lock up TeXShop after a ``find all'' so that is presently diabled.

True, no real grep with either the Apple Find Bar or Panel. However, there is sort of a ``visual grep'' hidden with the Apple Find Bar; click on the small magnifying glass and choose `Insert Pattern'.
