[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.54

Folks,

TeXShop 4.54 is available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from

	https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html

By mistake, Sparklle updated some users running Sierra and High Sierra to
version 4.53, so a few people wrote pointing out the bug on these systems.
One of these users told me that the bug only occurred in English, but
not in other languages. Thanks! That led to a fix.

So TeXShop is again available, by Sparkle or directly, on Sierra and High Sierra.
