[OS X TeX] font issues with lucida under MacTeX 2017

Looks like the fonts aren't being found.

First... do you have an updmap.cfg file in the proper location? Second... are you sure you ran updmap-sys (if your lucida fonts are in /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local) or updmap-user (if they are in ~/Library/texmf)? (Notice that with TL2017 you don't run updmap but updmap-user (or updmap -user) if the fonts are in your personal tree.)
