[OS X TeX] process to add a new GUI application to the MacTex distribution

Howdy,

Have folks been using this tool? It sounds interesting. I'd appreciate any comments. I would consider including this application for inclusion in MacTeXtras if not MacTeX directly. If not for this year for 2017.
