[OS X TeX] process to add a new GUI application to the MacTex distribution

hello,

i have been developing in the past few years an application that is usefull to people preparing their slides using beamer : it gives the presenter a view 'à la keynote' with the current and next slides, her/his notes, a timer, etc.

i was told by some of my users that it would be great if the application was included in the mactex distribution, as are for example texshop or bibdesk.
i would like to know if there is a policy that rules which GUI applications are distributed in mactex, and if there is a procedure to submit an application for inclusion in the distribution.
