[OS X TeX] Encoding problem with TexShop 3.5.9 and 3.6.0

Rolf,
One of the problems is that Apple has defined localizations for various
encoding names. TeXShop uses these localizations. For instance,
MacOSRoman
is translated by Apple to
Westeuropasch (Mac OS Lateinisch)
To help you slightly, I enclose the source code file Encodings.strings(German),
giving the German translations of encoding names we use in the U.S.
