If you use a slightly different preamble, you can use Greek natively.

\documentclass[10 pt]{article}    
\usepackage[greek,russian,english]{babel} %default is English
\languageattribute{greek}{polutoniko} %for accents


Greek: \foreignlanguage{greek}{νηπιαας καραβι σαγανακι καιαδας}
