[OS X TeX] BBEdit/Skim synchronization is not working

I just sat down a little while ago to do some real TeX work, and discovered that I can no longer sync .pdf —> .tex. Backwards synchronization does work with TeXShop. So, is it El Capitan, the very recent Skim update, or the very recent BBEdit update? I suppose I could fish older versions of Skim and BBEdit out of Time Machine, but it’s getting late and it will have to wait until tomorrow.
