[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility - fails to update infrastructure - cannot find TeX Live root

Howdy,
This has been reported to the author of TLU. For now run
sudo tlmgr update --self
in Terminal; giving your admin password when requested. Once that completes you will be able to run TLU for the rest of the updates.
