Well, thanks for the suggestion, but it became nearly impossible at "needs Windows". Although I might have a squizz to see if I ever deleted that Windows image under VMWare that I had. Does the Windows need to have TeX installed, or just the tool?
Does it support Biber? I note like most packages designed to do conversion, most of the feature show-off on the web page is "look it does equations!". I don't have equations. I have citations. Endless citations.
