[OS X TeX] Search and replace in many files

BBEdit will surely accomplish what you want. Trouble is, you must pay $$
for it.

If you own, or have access to, Mathematica, it should be relatively easy to
write a short program that accesses each file, makes the necessary changes,
and rewrites. But that program costs $$$$$.
