BBEdit will surely accomplish what you want. Trouble is, you must pay $$ for it.<br><br>If you own, or have access to, Mathematica, it should be relatively easy to write a short program that accesses each file, makes the necessary changes, and rewrites. But that program costs $$$$$.<br>

</div></div>The multifile search and replace in the free TextWrangler does appear to allow search and replace with embedded newlines. Might do what you want, but I don't have have direct experience using this feature. Unlike OgreKit, the documentation is quite complete.<br>
